Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. The only exception is if the item is damaged or defective and we will offer store credit.
If item is damaged, first you need to email us at email@example.com and we will give you the instructions on how to proceed. The buyer is responsible for payment of returning the item using a secure mail carrier with tracking numbers to ensure that we receive the shipment. Ping and Sassy is not responsible for returns without tracking numbers. You will receive an email notification stating that the item was returned to us and another email when the store credit or exchange has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for store credit to be applied to your account and 2-3 business days for exchanges to be mailed out from the date we received the package. Please note that normal processing and shipping times still apply.
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed if a shipment is refused or returned to Ping and Sassy.
